What is the turn around time of any verification?
Attest360’s process automation, defined workflows and automated reporting helps improving the performance thus reducing the turn around time.
How do you store the data received by our candidates? Is it Secure?
We understand the raising concern on data and information security and that is why we ensure the data is abosolutely secure, time and again. All data transactions happen through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a robust protocol for encrypting data online. Apart from this, all sensitive information are encrypted using latest techniques with customer provided key values.
What if the candidate has changed his name in the recent past?
Accurate names are critical to retrieve proper criminal records. Industry best practice is to conduct background checks of each name used within the last seven years.
How long does it take to set up Attest360 for us?
The standard version of the platform can be set up in less than a day of receiving required information from the organization.
Will our employees be trained by Attest360 team to use the platform
Yes. All stakeholders in the organiations will be trained to use Attest360 and necessary training material will be shared.
We conduct background verifications in-house. How can Attest360 help us?
Attest360 can be configured to suit organizational workflows and processes. The platform’s automated database checks and auto-delegation of cases to stakeholders makes background verification faster and more accurate.
We don’t have any empanelled background verification, but we wish to outsource background verification process. Can we do it through Attest360?
Attest360 hosts a number of accredited and trusted background verification agencies. Any background verification like – address check, educational check etc. can be outsourced to one of our trusted verification agencies.
We outsource our Background verifications to our empanelled verification agencies. Can they access Attest360?
Yes. You can add your empanelled agency on Attest360 and the agency can access the platform through the verification agency portal.
We have more than one empanelled verification agency working with us. How can we manage all of them using Attest360?
Yes. You can add any number of verification agencies on to Attest360 and give them separate portals to manage verifications specfic to them.
Is there a limit to the number of verificaton agencies that we can add?
No. You can add any number of verification agencies.
How do verification agencies access Attest360?
On adding a verification agency to the platform, a link and log-in credentials are automatically sent to them through which they access the platform.
The background checks we conduct differ for different job roles. Can this be automatically managed through Attest360?
Yes. You can configure job role based verifications. The candidate forms get dynamically generated based on the job-role to collect all necesssary informtion.
What information do you need to conduct verification on our candidates?

What other details are required for a complete background check?
After collecting the basic details from the employer, Attest360 triggers a mail to the candidate with login credentials to access the candidate portal. On logging in, Attest360 dynamically populates forms for the candidate to fill in details and upload certificates/documents based on his/her job role.
Does Attest360 contact our candidates for any information?
No. Any communication to the candidate is done through agreed email channels. These emails are either triggered through the employer or the verification agency and Attest360 doesn’t contact any candidate directly.
TIs it necessary to capture candidate consent before conducting background verification?
Yes. It is necessary to take consent of the candidate before conducting background verification for employment purposes. Digital customer authorization forms can be shared with the candidate for consent
How do I know the status of candidate’s background check?
The candidate verification status can be accessed anytime, anywhere through real-time dashboards. You can also download interim reports in real-time and detailed final reports on completion of verification.
Can Attest360 be integrated with our existing HRIS / HRMS / ATS / other systems?
Yes. Attest360 can be integrated to any of your existing systems to either access candidate information or update information.
Does Attest360 provide candidate-wise reports to manage screening process?
Yes. Attest360 offers comprenhive candidate-wise reports for you to download, analyze and make better decisions. The interim results can be accessed in real-time, where as the final report can be downloaded at the end of verification process
Can the reports be customized to suit our standard template?

We outsource some of our Background verifications to our empanelled sub-agencies. Can they access Attest360?
Yes. You can add any number of sub-agencies on to Attest360 and track their status in real-time. Each one of these sub-agencies also get a separate log-in to manage verifications specfic to them.
Can I give unique logins to my analysts, data entry extecutives and other stakeholders?
Yes. You can configure Attest360 to add any number of stakeholders (data entry executive, Analysts, Quality Analysts etc) and give them unique access to conduct verification online and update status in real-time.
Is there a limit to the number of analysts / executives that I can add on to Attest360?
No. You can add any number of analysts on to the platform and each of them gets a dedicated login access.
Can I restrict the access to certain parts of the platform based on employee roles?
Yes. You can give role-based access to your employees. Eg. Your data entry executive can only have access to data upload pages while your reviewer can access all details and verification statue pertaining to a customer.

How do I log-in to Attest360?
To log in to the candidate portal, please refer the email sent by your employer whick includes a unique link and log-in credentials for your account. If you are unable to find the email, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to find the email, please contact your prospective employer.
What if I forget my password to Attest360?
Please contact your employer or the verification agency to help you to reset the password credentials.
What does background verification consist of?
Background verification is conducted by organizations to validate the candidate’s background against criteria set by the employer. Some of the common verifications include – educational verification, criminal background verification, identity verification etc.
