On adding a verification agency to the platform, a link and log-in credentials are automatically sent to them through which they access the platform.

After collecting the basic details from the employer, Attest360 triggers a mail to the candidate with login credentials to access the candidate portal. On logging in, Attest360 dynamically populates forms for the candidate to fill in details and upload certificates/documents based on his/her job role.

No. Any communication to the candidate is done through agreed email channels. These emails are either triggered through the employer or the verification agency and Attest360 doesn’t contact any candidate directly.

Yes. It is necessary to take consent of the candidate before conducting background verification for employment purposes. Digital customer authorization forms can be shared with the candidate for consent

The candidate verification status can be accessed anytime, anywhere through real-time dashboards. You can also download interim reports in real-time and detailed final reports on completion of verification.

Yes. Attest360 can be integrated to any of your existing systems to either access candidate information or update information.

To log in to the candidate portal, please refer the email sent by your employer whick includes a unique link and log-in credentials for your account. If you are unable to find the email, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to find the email, please contact your prospective employer.
